Wicked is about the witches in Oz before Dorothy comes. It's a good show, great music and songs. Um they do have a backstage tour thing called "Behind the Emerald Curtain". Try looking on www.wickedonbroadway.com for more details.
This is a very popular show, so book your tickets early.

i tried to win tickets via the lottery once but wasn't lucky. it was sold out all the time, so i assume it must be quite a good show...

Well if you go on youtube.com, you can practically find the entire play in a collection of videos. I loved it, it's my favorite play of all times. It's alway sold out in New York though. You have to buy tickets months in advance.
