Assuming you could ask the buyer anything without offending them, what type of data points--price range, pre-approval letter from mortgage broker, etc.--would you want to know before accepting a new buyer client? The intent is to separate serious buyers from those who are just "shopping".

It's plugged in and everything because the light is on, and it seems to be making its usual whirring noise... But the stuff in the fridge (and the freezer) is getting less and less cold. Is there like a filter or something on the back of the fridge that I should check? I have no idea what to do -- I don't want to buy a new fridge or anything!

God's grace is sufficient and His blessings are eternal, but guess what? God is not going to bless those who do not do His will just because they ask. "Ask and you shall receive" yes, but you must understand that God isn't going to give you everything you ask for, especially if it isn't going to be used to glorify Him. If you asked for a million dollars and He blessed you with it, chances are most of us would take off to the Bahamas or something and forget about God and stop praising Him just because He gave you what you wanted. God is a just God. He will provide in due time.

What are your thoughts about how God blesses people?
