I have been weaning her from the breast for a week and a half . We went down from 6 -8 feedings a day to 2 a day . I think she is angry with me . Sometimes when she pinches or bites me I have discovered that she needs a diaper change , other times I can't find anything she needs or wants . At times I am even on the floor playing with her when she strikes ! I know this could just be a phase....... I have started putting her in time out for 30 seconds to 1 minute . sometimes she just does it again right away .
My daughter is very prococious , smart , and very advanced for her age . She has NEVER done any of these things when we are out of the house . I am a full time stay at home Mom , so we are at the park and library a lot. She gets plenty of fresh air daily . I'm at a loss of what to do . Does she just not like being at home ? Any ideas ? Help !

I finally broke it off with him after three years... although he has never physically hit me there was alot of verbal abuse... He also hit his mistress and she sent him to jail... now that he is out I have not contacted him and he sometimes calls and threatens me... I cant call the cops until he ACTUALLY does something... I have already notified my family and they are looking out for me but I still feel unsafe... help! How do I get him to leave me alone?

i work, i go to school, i have good friends, im pretty independent. physically, a lot of people say i look exotic(like unique i guess). i wear good clothes, imvery big on personal hygiene, and i know for a fact that i am one loyal gal if i am with someone.i dont think im mean or anything. guys say that a girl like me can easily get a boyfriend but then, i am still single.is there something wrong with me?

The Pittsburgh Steelers are the best team in the nation. They may not have the most talented QB (although he isn't half bad either, eh?), they may not be stationed in the most glamorous, rich city. But what's special is that they have the most loyal fans, and many team members that wouldn't play anywhere else. Take Jerome Bettis. A few years ago he received a major pay cut. He was getting paid very few by NFL standards. Yet he stayed in Pittsburgh; he loved the people, the team, and Coach Cowher. Hines Ward stated "I won't play for anyone other than Coach Cowher." At the Pittsburgh pep rally after they won the Super Bowl, 200,000 people showed up to line the city streets. For a city the size of Pittsburgh, that's a lot. People in the Pittsburgh area (I know many) said that one school district even closed down for that day. There were black and gold streamers at the airport. Every person owns a Super Bowl Champions t-shirt. You may hate the Steelers, but they have won 5 super bowls. =]

I just love seeing how people’s minds work on different things. It’s funny how you can weed out the real aggressive fighters and the ones that are actually trying to help when you question their faith. I solute those who maintain their cool and continue to try and help and educate, you are true Christians and should be commended for that. I solute those who can also see other points of view. The rest of you who verbally lash out just because someone says something you don’t like, shame on you, that is not very Christian like. How do you like that Judgement.
