When Wizards of the Coast still had a store at the mall, I went in, as my son wanted to go to the card room. There was someone who made themselves up to look like Misty, including the outfit and stupid hair style.
She looked JUST like her. It was freaky.

Look exactly? That hard to say, I've never seen one yet(I think).
Act like one? Not intentional but a lot of people said I'm like a cartoon or anime. Must be the hand. I can't help it, I'm just to ... childish and girlish sometimes(cute too :P).
Which character? Don't know because it's like most anime girls on TV do when they're embarassed(this is one of the most obvious animish like trait that I tend to do)-the hand gesture I mean. So basically, anime girl is THE character.

cosplayers! seriously though, i saw someone once who looked like beavis. i know he's not an anime character but it's still weird. he had beavis' crooked brows. he's someone from a high school that i briefly went to. that was some years ago.

no because anime characters look so fake and inhumanly perfect. even the most beautiful women dosnt liik as good as them. that whay they're ANIMATION hence the word "anime"
