It could be Alveolar Hydatid Disease. What I did was went to www.wrongdiagnosis.com and put in the two symtoms then cross refrenced them. Alveolar Hydatid Disease was the first one that fit both but there could be others. Just go to the website.

Type in your local hospital to go to there site. See if they have nurses on there 24/7 and ask them. But more than likely they will say for him to go to the emergency room. Could be something seriuos. As a friend I'm not sure how you could get him to a hospital. Good Luck
