A punishment is designed to be for the good of the punished. If a baby eats sand you spank him so he does not eat sand anymore. You would not spank the baby for eating brocholli just because it wasn't dinner time.

However it is impossible to make laws that cover every possible scenario, so there must be ways to determine if an action was justified after the action takes place.

Driving with a revoked license is just one example of a law that should be like that.

is it our true reflection what we see i the mirror? or is it colored with our judgement? mostly, it makes us some what unhappy what we see. and with advancing age, or after a major illness, or mishap, what we see in the mirror, is disheartening. so what should be done? who spends more time in front of it, a beauty, or an ugly woman? are there really magical mirrors in which we can see our future , like the gypsies do?

The only thing I can think is the court makes nothing for dealing with these cases so they have no incentive to help the custodial parent after the order has been set up. If you click on my information, you can go to the other questions that explains everything. I confronted my bf about his intentions today. The next thing I know is he broke up with me. He did the same thing to me in February, before Valentine's Day----to save him from spending $$ I guess. He said he never loved me and it was all a lie, back in Feb. Since then I brought him to a relationship therapist that convinced him he had a F'd up idea of love, because it was sick and codependent. He said she was right. He later admitted he loved me---ALL the time. He said he was sure. Now for him to say 5 months later it was a lie makes me feel dumbfounded. We did enjoy eachother's company. He is still saying we can be friends...but he lied and used me. I still want to call him because it's that tough to find someone I enjoy spending time with, and cuddling. He didn't want to be lonely. Neither do I. How do I make sure I cut all contact permanently? Any pointers? Please be rough. I need it now.
