Its something for the Razr V3 but i don't know what it is...

It is a small L-shaped adapter between a RAZR and the connector for the charger. It's supposed to make it easier to plug the two together, but it's not necessary.

A straight connector goes straight along with the wire and plugs in to the jack. In many cases that is not convenient so the connector is angled at 90' or so called right angled.

Wires plug in either straight in, like an I, or like sideways, an L.
The L kind is called a right angle connector.

Yes, you can - It seems to be solely for making the cable stick out at a less awkward angle.
