It just seems to me that I see a ton of friends and coworkers leaving faithful and good spouses and boyfriends for people they meet out of town, at a club, just started working with, over the internet. What makes these "guys" actions so special compared to the person they have been with that has been good to them for a longer time, years perhaps?

I never got back to him over the phone. He lives with my parents 1,000 miles away from me. I wrote him a letter apologizing for waiting so long for my response. I told him I had my reasons. This made me feel very guilty. But I just couldnt bring myself to call. Was sending the letter the wrong way to handle it?

Most discussion of the health risks associated with taking LSD, Psilocybin, and MDMA seems to center around the danger of harmful chemicals being sold as or mixed with them. (For example, rumors of Canine tranquilizer tablets being sold as MDMA)

If you could be certain of the absolute purity of the above mentioned chemicals, what would the health risks of ingesting each be?

Also, while some might consider sensory impairment a health risk, please do not bother to note that as that seems to be the desired effect among those who take these chemicals.

I never seem to get this straight, and I've heard two ways of saying. In a traditional Chinese folktale, the lightening is the wife, while the thunder is the husband. They are constantly watching over the people in the world to see if there's anyone who ill treats her/his parents. The wife uses the "mirror" which is the ligtening for the husband to see clearly, and then the husband throws the weapon "thunder" to kill that person. According to this folktale, lightening goes before thunder. Is it correct? Help needed to clear up my muddled mind. Thanks.

That the universe has always existed, or is looping, is no answer. I used the big bang, or a start to the universe, as a conversation starter. The question remains unanswered, at least secularly. There has to be some independent existence, something that creates and was not created, something that was before. And to ask where God began evades the question. Both space and time came into existence with the creation of the universe. The creator of this universe is outside of the universe and therefore outside of time and space. I do not say this as if it were obvious or even completely understandable. But, it is logical. It is simply not possible to go back to a point where there was nothing. The universe cannot and could not bring itself into being.
