I see trash all over the highways, and often see people tossing trash and paper out car windows. They are usually too far ahead to get a license plate number, and even if I did get it, nothing would probably be done. And Usually no cops are around when they litter. So, how can this be stopped?

Friday night I went to a bar and landed up meeting a 21 yr old college girl. I am 27. Long story short we land up hooking up and the whole night she was really into me. I end up texting her and now she doesnt seem to want to be bothered? Did she hook up or was she really not that into me?
