We have Christian values but are not too conservative. We would like our children to grow up in a community that accepts everyone for who they are, but still lives by their own values.

I have an area directly under my almost 3-story (40 year old) evergreen tree where nothing seems to grow except for a few weeds. I really would love to have some low growing plants there as it is close to the patio, but do not know of any plants that are compatible with an evergreen. Any ideas at all would be much appreciated. I live in the midwest area of USA, St Louis Missouri to be more specific. The tree and area underneath is a northwest exposure. The branches are cut about 6 to 7 feet high off the ground so it can be walked under, so there is not a problem with it being super shady. Thanks for the advice!

well I need to lose weight fast.. I have no time or money to go to a gym or exersise.. and I love food... so maybe if I start puking everything back up I will be skinny?.. but then I also heard that that only makes you more fat?... so anyone out there bulimic?? and does it work??

Does anyone else have this problem. She never did before, but she recently started having really bad seizures, and when I took her to the vet, this is what they told me was wrong. She is now on Phenobarbitol, and will be for the rest of her life, but the vet says that the medicine is very mild, and should not cause any major side effects. Has anyone else had experience with this?

Mind you, the book(s) is (are) for someone who knows absolutely nothing about investing and wants to learn from scratch. So no fancy lingo or jargon and all that. Something nice and simple. I'm looking for something that's comfortable, something I can get to work and back without being in this cramped little thing. I want good fuel economy, since my work is 15 miles away from home. Also, I want to be able to get around the cities comfortably. Nothing like a Benz, or anything like that. It can be up to V6 and no lower than 4 Cylinders. I'm thinking something like a Volvo, Audi, Subaru, Chrysler, BMW or something like that. 4 door sedan, moderate trunk space, not too small, but I don't want a huge thing (my driveway is small) cluttring up my garage.
