Oh...your in Oregon! I was raised there, and I love it! But, to your question? The best time to find great guys? Is when your so busy living your own life that you aren't even paying attention to the guys paying attention to you. There are so many good guys out in Oregon, but you still have to keep your eye out for the shady ones. Good luck, girl!!
