In the video game, "Knights of the old republic" are there different endings to the game depending on wether you choose the dark side or the light side? do your decisions thruought the game afect the ending at all?

My 9 year old labrador was diagnosed with diabetes on June 22nd and he is still not regulated on his insulin. I know this takes a while but everything thing I have read vs what my vet is doing are two different things. I would really like to take him to a vet that specializes in diabetes.
