When the colts actually make it to the superbowl and stop chokeing in the playoffs then please, mention them as the best. Also I live in kansas and even I know that the KC Chiefs ARNT GOOD.. There Defence needs to re-learn how to wrap up, and start making a tackle, people that play summer league even know that and there not gettin paid millions to do it.. there actually paying about $70 at there local "Y". But the best this season looks to be the Cowboys, no im not a fan but they are stacked as of yet this season, and the Steelers arnt likely to goto the superbowl this season , they've got one reciever to throw to now and no bus, parker doesnt seem to be a whole game back so he cant handle that. Before I write a book ill just say a team from the Afc that looks good would be a gross between the Bengals (pending on palmer) and possibly the Pats.. BTW im a falcons fan.

P.S: Please stop mentioning the best teams in the nfl as teams who Cant even pickup a wild card spot in the playoffs.

Needless to say, I am a Seahawks fan and they are definitely one of the better teams in the NFC of late, but to really say what teams are best in the NFL means more than just who looks good this year. To be the best team, you need ot have outstanding leadership in three places...the field, the sidelines, and the offices. The New England Patriots, hate em or love em, have all three, arguablly better than any other team currently. Brady is a great leader of a team, both on and off the field, and the other guys on the team stand up when they need too. Belichek is an amazing coach who knows what to keep quiet, and what to communicate to whom. Kraft and the front office take a hard line, but it is no nonsense, when negotiating, and they draft well. All of this makes them the best.

Honorable metions to: Eagles, Steelers, and my Seahawks.

easy, if you look at position to position the redskins are the best team in the nfl without a doubt, Altough the only slight issue is quarterback with burnell which wont be to much of a factor becasuse of all his experinece and weapons.
