I work valet at a hotel and we had a guest with a 2006 SL550 AMG with the 510hp. One of the valets brought it out and said that he hit 150mph. He said the RMPs weren't that high and he thinks that it could've reached 190mph without the chip. The next day he was fired.

all news cars have aspeed control that not let the cars go all the speed they can , if u go to a dealer they will gay that the speed limit is 155 mph but if u chan the chip of that speed control it will go a lot more fastaer than that

some cars have electronic speed control to protect the engine so they can potentially go much faster.f.y.i.
