Almost a year ago I was in a bad car accident and completely shattered my nose. Now I can hardly breathe through my nose because I have a deviated septum. I was wondering how exactly they correct it? Do they break your nose again and reset it? Also, when I broke my nose in the accident I got splints put in my nose. Do they put splints in your nose when you have surgery to correct a deviated septum? Any information as to what I can expect would be greatly appreciated.

I have gone the therapy route, tried meditation, ran, hiked, painted etcetera ad naseum, yadayadayada.
I thought about radical brain surgery, but is costly and could mess up my hair.

I started my job 7 years ago and loved it, Since that time my boss hired his best friend and he and I dont get along in fact before he was hired he called me the "C" word. Not only did he get hired I have to deal with him on a daily basis as a supervisor. Now I am quitting but I feel quilty . There's this guy that i've been talking 2 for lets say 2 months and some change. He tells me that he likes me and yes i like him. But it's like 1 moment everythings on cloud 9, we're expressin our feelings 4 eachothers and discussing mistakes in out past relationships. And other moments he's acting stuck up catching attitudes over something small if not anything. Once i told him that im scared of being in another relationship because im tired of being hurt. He said that he's been hurt in his last relationship and that if he knows what it feelis like 2 be hurt then why would he turn around and hurt someone ele. But when he catches these petty attitudes it gives me a different picture. And once a female called me from his phone askin who i was and i asked who she was and she said his xgirlfriend name and hung up.
