This probably isn't the fastest way of losing weight but just walk...everywhere if you have to park in the wal-mart parking lot park farther away from the store...instead of taking the elevator take the stairs just do the simple small things...being more active boosts your metabolism so anytime you have to make that extra trip up the stairs and what not...but after you do all of that don't go and eat something unhealty drink alot of water...the most common mistake people make is if they feel hungry but did you know you really could be just thirsty instead? If you feel the need to eat (and I'm not saying starve yourself b/c thats not an easy way out by any means) just drink a full glass of water and wait like 15 mintues or so if your still hungry just try and make a healthier choice for a snack or meal eat protein have a peice of cheese and some lunch meat and if you want a sandwich try wheat bread its better for you ne way...also try eating fresher foods go to food network.com you might be surprised what you find. Hope this helps a little.

P.S. if you don't like to drink water all the time and want something a little better try SoBe lean green tea or Arizona green tea diet they are both healthy substitues for water. I've lost 15 pounds 2 years ago and I've been able to keep it off doing the things I just mentioned.

First, it is mostly not your fault that you need to lose weight. It is not safe to lose weight fast. Stop thinking about your weight and start thinking Healthy Lifestyle! There is more life than how much you weigh! Like yourself! Be good to your body, drink plenty of pure water each day (half of your body weight in ounces). If you weigh 100 lbs. drink 50 oz. of water each day. That will help you lose weight because it makes it easy for your body to flush out toxins. Fat holds toxins and stores them in your fat cells. stop eatin all dose fatty foods and start eating health stuff like fruits and veggies and stuff like that and you could try that nutri system that can send you the right food to eat and just exercise...i dont think you have to even count the calories you just exercise and watch the weight dissapear i guess!! hope dat helps you out!!

ps. theres lots of foods to choose from so youll be satisfied!!!!!

no bread of any kind
no soda
no potato (baked/mashed/scallop)
no chips/candy/sugar
no red meat

you should each fish (salmon/swordfish) its better than red meat for women trying to lose weight...

7 days to create a habit....21 to break it....suck it up for 22 days and you will find the hard part over!! good luck

you cant stop being fat.....you have to control it. go on a diet. i herd there is this diet, you have eat the three same meals each week, and every week change your meal.

EXAMPLE:

If one week you eat salad and chicken, you have to eat that everyday for each meal (breakfast, lunch and dinner). then the next week eat something diffrent for that whole week.

trust me it works!!!

do alot of running, walking.. drink water.. cut breads, pastas, fast foods. dont stop eating though bc as you know it can make you ill quickly. just take smaller portions.
