I have a four year old son who won't be 5 until after the cut off to start school. The school tested him and found that he is too far advanced for their kintergarden program and wants to put him in 1st grade. I feel that he is too young to be in 1st grade, but his dad feels that he is ready. What should we do, or am I just being too over protective of my little man.

I don't wanna totally put myself on lockdown from eating good food. Lol. I'm just not gonna stuff myself like i usually do. Eat less, you know. and cut down on the junk food. and only drink water ( i drink alot of pop now). How can you tell if the items you bidding on aren't stolen and someone isn't just using Ebay to get rid of their stolen items?I really like Ebay but I try to be very careful of what I buy and who I buy from. ANd if it is stolen, isn't that also a Postal crime sending and receiving stolen property through the mail?

I found out, by snooping in my boyfriends stuff, that he has a tape of he and some friends burning down a doll house. They were laughing and cursing while the little house burned to the ground. I haven't told my boyfriend that I saw the tape. What should I do? Is this normal behavior for guys? Do they like to burn stuff?

AUSTIN, Texas -- A 14-year-old girl who says she was sexually assaulted by another user of MySpace.com sued the social networking Web site Monday, claiming it does not take sufficient steps to protect underage members.


This is not a discussion of whether the lawsuit is valid or not, but I would like to know what could MySpace could have done to protect underage users from passing phone numbers or posting lies?
