Try hitting the library for some books to read, get a word search or crossword puzzles. Maybe do some gardening or cleaning around the house, uh, take up journal writing, call your friends on the phone, get a pen pal via the internet, sketching, drawing, building model cars or planes or whatever, watch some movies on DVD or on the tube, play with your sister and the kitten together, there are lots of things to do. If necessary, you can even paint your room!!! Dream something up, that's what I've had to do!! Good luck!!

Volunteer somewhere. Also, I spent a great summer visiting my Grandma everyday. I rode my bike over there, watched a little TV had lunch spent some time helping clean sometimes, and really enjoyed her company. Now that she is gone I really cheris the time we had. It was just me and her, no other grand-kids to get in the way, mine mine mine, all mine.

Go to the library and get some books. Go fishing, join a summer sports league or go outside and play. Do some babysitting or volunteering.

go to the pool or get a job. i take college courses (even though i'''m 13) at a nearby college for pre-engineering. that keeps me occupied for the summer(or at least half of it)

if you are old enough and have transportation you could always go volunteer at a local animal shelter or hospital. it not only fills up some time, but is emotionally and spiritually rewarding!
