iam planning to watch the movie tonight..is it so scary?

The first one was unexpected and they pulled a fast one on the audience, which I liked. The second one is predictable in its sheer unpredictability. The only thing that makes it is the violence and gore, accompained by some suspense...otherwise, it was rather boring and easy to figure out-at least for me, and although it had its moments they were short-lived and far apart. I expected more. Watch it though, it is pretty interesting, if you don't fall asleep halfway through that is.
Oh, and just a comment on something mentioned before, about watching the movie 'Hostel' because it is scary ang gross...well, I'd much rather eat dirt than watch that movie again, and if I could unwatch it I would. *ugh* feeble and futile attempt at a scary movie that results in a rather comic and predictable drama that had me rolling my eyes and wishing for it to end.
Other movies to not watch:
Hills have eyes, the ring 2, the grudge, see no evil, house of 1000 corpses, venom, the wailer, night watch...and others, but can't really recall them all now.

Not scary, but intense. However, the first Saw was better. If you want to be scared and grossed out, see Hostel.

Very intense. There are a couple of scenes, (think needles for 1)that literally had me cringing. Couple of plot surprises as well. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Can't wait to see Part 3 in October!

Not that scary, they had to bring in parts of first saw to make it any good at all.

It's great but it wasn't scary for me. It just depends on how much of a scaredy cat you are!

Well if you mean scary as predictable and a feeble attempt at a sequel. then yes.

Scary....a little but very gruesome!! If you liked the first one I think you'll like the second one...
