Forgive me, but I assume by American visa you mean US visa.
There the old joke, "If it was easy than anyone could do it" but seriously, it a matter of supply and demand. There just more people who want to visit, work, or resided in the US, than the US can comfortably process and adsorb. At least, that what I was told.
The best way to get a visa depends on the type of visa you want.

It is really stupid. I am an immigrant and my mom is a former diplomat that is how we got our papers done quickly. The immigration matter is very fragile beacuse of equality for everyone. America does not feel like other countries have good natured citizens. At least that is the way I see it. The truth Every country has to put up a fight to satisfy the mass. Plus America or any country does not want to be over ran with immigrants. The best way For regular immigrants is to get married to american. But it depends on the person marrige is a big step and it should not be done just for an entrance. Over all the best way is to be pateint and go through the process.

Because this country is too worried about hooking up the illegals with stuff. Just come in illegally and work dirt cheap for slave wages and you'll be welcomed with open arms.
I know people in your situation and it's sad how difficult it is to do things the "right" way, as opposed to border jumping and hiding from Immigration agents for the rest of your life. Then again, seems like it's easier to do everything illegally in this country. I guess that's why people that do things legally go to "work" everyday. Sorry, I'm kinda bitter right now. I don't know the answer to your question.
