A question for someone who is bipolar or close to someone who is bipolar....?

My grandmother is bipolar. She quit taking her meds 2 years ago, but seemed mostly ok until January when my grandfather died. After his death, she completely freaked out and went manic, spent $50K on junk, and had visions. We got her to take her medicine again, but as soon as she felt better she quit taking it. Now she is acting nuts again, but instead of being happy and manic, she is extremely anxious. She worries about completely irrational things, she says she doesn't have any money (she has a ton of money in the bank) and can't afford groceries, she thinks people are planning to rob her or attack her, etc....We got her to go to her psychiatrist, and he prescribed Zyprexa, Zanax (sp?), and Depakote, but they don't seem to be working. She has been taking these medicines for a month now, and she hasn't had any improvement. She absolutely refuseds therapy and hospital care. What are your experiences with bipolar disorder, and what can I do for my grandmother?

i need help with my four year old daughter?

my ex husband and i have joint custody of our four year old daughter, when she is with him he lets her get away with every thing and so do his parents, so when she comes home its really hard on me when i don't let her get her way, she tells me she likes daddy's better cause he lets her do what she wants. I spank her but i feel like i'm being made out to be the bad guy here and i love my little girl, what do i do? will she always want daddy more or realize that i love her and thats why i don't let her get her way about everything??? HELP!!!

HE left me after 10 years i cried begged blah said we fight, I wrote a letter saying he was right?

My ex dumped me I was a mess 10 years we conqured all things they say can not he is going away for 6 month i am upset ting seemed better to me. I get a call after a udge fight saying he is done walks out the door does not go home goes to a friends lies wont tell me - 5 days now i gave into my emotions of fighting and argueing he wrote me a letter talking about our future e dint want tis i ask him on his sparing phone calls he says hes done this is why i fight i be calm he oller ooo i couldnt win so I wrote him a long leter after 10 years not being mean not begging not being harsh telling him he is right but it is even. I do as much as he takes and gives. If i am that bad i said icant be with you i cant treat someone so cold told him home on and ahead and live his life i will do the same! And i was peacful not hurtful dont wont revenge after all he is staying some plcae does not think in i know so its not another women...
I think the letter just killed us and now i regret what i did
