His problem, as most every man's, is commitment. My boyfriend did the same stupid thing. He's keeping his options open, and most likely doesn't even realize he's doing it. Just let him know how you feel in a solid conversation (not involving yelling, screaming, and crying...that was my mistake). If he can't respect how you feel, then he doesn't need to be with you. I'm not saying you should demand that he not talk to this girl. You should just ask him to back off a little and meet you in the middle. Its all fair in love and war.

He is trying to decide what he wants,and is acting strange,because he isn`t sure what to do.He probably still likes you a lot, and maybe he feels like he is interested in this other girl,and wants both of you.I think he feels guilty when he sees you, and can`t decide what to do about it.He may also not have any feeling for the other girl, but is interested in her view points,but still wants you.Try to direct his interests to yourself, if you really care for him, then you can talk for hours on end about his and your interests.Depending on your ages, and how long you have been together, you might figure out what is going on.We all have a lot of insight as to what is going on with our partner.

I've heard this way too many times. He is most likely cheating. After being with someone else, it's hard to be the same with the girl you've lied to.
