that depends on the time of day. at night in a club as long as its not WAY over done it can be sexy. during the day it just looks like way to much and the person wearing it looks like they are trying way to hard. daytime natural(or mostly natural) looks better.

8-mini skirts: as long as they are kept for clubbing and not everyday any time of day attire they can be sexy.

9-tight skirts: so you are talking knee length right? yes I think these are actually sexy. very feminine, very classy, but look very good.

10-black: depends black can be very elegent and classy, but it can also go the exact opposite.
If you wear black it has to look good to be sexy. if all you wear is black sweats and tshirts thats not sexy, but if you put together an nice outfit that is the perfect fit then you can WOW somebody.
