last night my mom gave my aunt a perm and my aunt said is so dry. my aunt went to super cuts to get it trimmed and the lady said my aunts hair is going to fall out. what can my aunt do? i suggested burts bees avacado hair treatment... is there anything thatll ork) ((cheap please)

I thought water molecules expanded when they're hot, not when they're cold. It should seem as if there is less water when it freezes than when it's in room temperature, shouldn't it?
