In c or c++ from where program begins execution?i.e from #inlcude or main() ?
How compiler understands the end of program?
Also i have read from book of robert lafore that header files in c are optional but they are necessary in c++,what does that mean?If true why it is optional in c?

The FCC says it's not their responsibility to oversee broadcast volume. If you've got a problem with the ads screeching at you, you're supposed to note the time and date of broadcast and the advertiser and then complain to the station that aired the ad. This seems overly tedious. It would seem that a simple guideline such as "commerical volumes are not to exceed program sound levels more than 5 db on average" might be a reasonable rule to enact and enforce. Why is the FCC so non-involved on this? Telling us to use our mute buttons every time commercials come on (and that's what the FCC site says) is ridiculous!

I have a Biology test next Wednesday!!! That doesn't seem like a big deal, but it is! It is a NYS Regents exam, and if I don't pass, I will have to take it again in August!!! My teacher this year was TERRIBLE, and we barely learned anything!!! How can I study for this test??? HELPHELPHELP!!!

There is supposed to be a huge curve on our grade, but I still want to at least do well. How can I study for a test I am COMPLETELY unprepared for???

Im 18 years old and im about to get braces. i dont want to get them because im scared that ppl will think im dorky and weird. since ppl only get braces when they are like 14 or 15. my BF sister has braces and shes 21. they dont look ugly or dorky, but maybe its just because shes pretty. do you think that ppl will make fun of me and think im dorky or anything like that??? is it ok for an 18 yrs old to have them and still have a normal social life? thanks!

okay, here's the deal. i woke up yesterday with a horrible pain in my right eye. i looked in the mirror and i saw this ugly looking pimple on my bottom eyelid. when i got home from school, i put a hot washcloth on it and the pimple kept getting bigger than shrunk, only to get big again. then this morninf, it was looking worse, but it doesn't hurt. is this pink eye, and if it is, how do i stop it?? please help!
