Have had surgery on cervical spine c4 and c5 but it seems as though my spine is a mess. I read several articals and herniation of disc in the thoracic spine are not common. They are causing mild narrowing of the spinal cord I am only 47 and live in constant pain as one is pressing on a nerve causing pain to radiate back to front. any advice PLEASE

Do I talk to him about how I am heads over heals about him or do I start making excuses why I can't come over every night he invites me? Or do I just go at his pace and if he invites me, accept his invites and if he doesn't invite, don't offer to bring him lunch, or drop by?

Which state is your favorite, and/or least favorite, and why?

My favorite: Texas. Great people, food, climate, hospitality, weather, jobs, economy, cultural and geographical diversity.

Least favorite: Kentucky. Sourest, most pretentious and stuck up people you would ever meet. I've also received better service in restaurants in Manhattan and New Jersey than I have in Frankfort and Louisville.
