A good sandwich. Not an unhealthy sandwich, a healthy one. I'm hungry. Of course my sandwich that I'm having for lunch isn't all that healthy. I made it quick because I was running late for work. I'm having sandwich with deli bologna, sharp cheddar Kraft slice with mustard on Sara Lee 100% Whole Wheat bread, with a side of Krunchers Original Chips and a fruit roll up.

Hibachi chicken with rice a shrimp sauce with a sweet tea to drink sounds fantastic to me. Then some ice cream on a waffle cone for desert.

For lunch you are probably better off eating a salad or something really light so that you don't get tired too quickly at work in the afternoon.
You will be able to concentrate better if you don't stuff yourself.

I'm going for subway I prefer the following turkey,ham,roastbeef provolone cheese on wholewheat with spinach,banana peppers,tomatos and of course lite mayo.don't for get two for tuesday
