You seem to be lucky to have a place of your choice. We can hardly imagine buying a 'flat' for our family even after so many years in business and service. You may check the places around lakes like Sapanca in Adapazarı and so on... The summer houses at Ege and Akdeniz are expensive.
By the way, I don't like seeing us- Turks- talking like that... It is rude man! S/he may want to stay in our country as long as her/his will is good. Show the Turkish hospitality please.
