It depends on what you like to use your PSP for.
If you like the portability, but not the battery life. Some new battery packs and a seperate charger might be right up your alley.
If you like to watch movies on it or listen to music on it, why not get a sound cradle for it? Most have a built in subwoofer to give the audio an extra kick.
Like the gaming aspect of it, but not the sweaty hands? Try getting a new skin for it. Or even a replacement thumbstick.
Do you like being able to run Homebrewn programs on it? You might want to try the new modchip that is being released. Do a Google search for psp news and click on I'm Feeling Lucky to get a great website on the homebrewn scene.

There are plenty of accessorys, not just headphones or a fm tuner. There is Cases, Graphics to use also things to protect it. But in my opinion The best out of your list would be speakers. In my opinion I would get the Adaptor to your tv. and if they dont make one for it yet. I would make one. Cause alot of people watch movies. But if your more into the portable aspect of it. Which im sure you are since it is called Playstation Portable. I would get hardcase for it and a nice set of sony headphones that cancel outside sounds

For comfort when playing your PSP, there is this piece that sticks on to the back of the PSP and it wont hurt your thumbs wile playing, it will feel like a PS2 controller. The only bad thing about this is that its really bulky.
Another cool thing is a memory card so you can store MP3's, movies, and pictures.
Also, if you dont have this feature already, you should place a plastic, clear cover on your screen so you can protect it from scratches and sometimes it will block glares from light and sun.

some time in the near future they are coming out with a G.P.S. Navigation attachment and software for the psp(i dont know why) and a eye toy camera for it
