I'm very frustrated with the relationship between my husband and my mom. Over the years, I have learned that my mom can be a very controlling and manipulative person, but I still care for her, as she *is* my mother. My husband of five years has tried his best to befriend her, but Mom still finds faults in him. I know that my husband does try his best, but it frustrates me when he refuses to put out a helping hand at all, just because my mom doesn't like him. If it were me, I would still try to have the upbeat, friendly attitude and give it my best shot. He just refuses, which makes my mom dislike him even more. I don't expect them to be "buddy buddy", but I would like to be able for them to get along well enough so that I do not feel torn between them in arguments. I'm pitted on sides, either picking my husband or my mom! By just letting my husband's attitudes slide, it makes him look worse to my mom, when he really is a great person. What do I do???

st. waves r formed when 2waves of same freq. in opp. direction superimpose with each other
light waves when incident perpendicularly on reflecting surface then reflected wave is 180 degree out of phase with incident wave
both when superimpose will produce stationary waves with bright antinodes &dark nodes .

Half the world – nearly three billion people – live on less than two dollars a day. Eradicating poverty in our world will take dedication and creative thinking. What ideas do you have to contribute to the solution?

He pees and then takes his p.p. and wraps it in toilet paper. I pick up pieces of toilet paper all over the house every day...they drop out of his pant legs. Why does his pee keep peeing after he pees?
Is it a bladder problem...or is he just lazy and doesn't finish?

All numbers are rough numbers, so the idea comes through better:

I borrowed 20,000 from the government, which I am set up to pay back at 5% interest over the next 10 years.

If I were to lend 20,000 to a bank at a higher interest rate, over the same time frame, wouldn't I be able to use the interest income I earned from the 20,000 I lent to pay off the interest expense incurred on the 20,000 I borrowed?

Of course I would, if I lent at a higher rate than I borrowed. My question to you is: Is this arbitrage possible in the real world?

My friend has more than 60 MB music in her i-pod/i-book and she said she can't give them to my i-pod since my i-pod has only 30MB.She said if I'd have had 100 MB i-pod or so,she could just connect my i-pod into her i-book and flow them into my i-pod but if my i-pod is smaller than the source,my i-pod can't suck songs from the source unless she organizes/play-lists each one of all songs. But I don't get it at all.

If I have an empty brand-new i-pod and just connect my friend's i-book,can't she just flow them into my i-pod no matter she organizes her play list or not as if my i-pod is a run-out-gas-car and her i-book is a Gas stand?

Thank you very much in advance!;-)
