It a 1985 Yahmaha FJ1100

I got into a hit and run accident 5 weeks ago. I didnt see the van but it hit me and my baby one the side and threw me into 2 other cars. One in which was a cadillac escalade. Anyways to make a long story short my car was totaled and the baby was okay in the end. As for myself i suffered a dislocated hip, back pain and some other minor injuries. So anyways there were witnesses that saw the accident and knew the guy. It just so happen it was a company vehicle and the detectives caught up with him later. They called me and gave me his name and company phone number. Now my problem is my lawyer sent him a letter requesting his insurance company, but the owner refuses. My lawyer told me if he doesnt get his insurance company in 10 days then they will drop my case. Also i cant file it on my insurance because it had lapsed 2 days before the accident. (i know thats bad) but im still a victim in this accident. So does anyone know how i can find out his insurance company. My lawyers are lazy.

I'm stuck living at my dads for almost half the summer, and a lot during the school year. I hate being here because I hate my dad and his new "wife". last night, we attended my half sisters high school graduation. she is my half on my dads side. when it was over, my dad tried to give my half brother a card, which i dont know what it was about. then god bless his soul, he didnt even look at him he simply walked away to talk to one of his friends. then my dad walks over to mom and says, "thanks for that you fat piece if s**t" I was mad and havent talked to him since. unfortunanlty im stuck here because of a supid court order. I'm 13, helpless, and I dont know what do do anymore. I have 2 weeks here and then i get to see my mom and my girlfirend. i just cant wait i love them both so much god i feel like crying right now. please if anyone has any experiance with this give me some advice@

If your answer is yes, then why can't 2 people of the same sex be married.

There is a seperation of church and state, so I am not interested in religious views, as they are not valid in creating laws.

...this happens everyday but some are not as severe but, everyday I have a headache. Also sometimes I hear a ringing in my ear what could this be. I have tried motrin, alieve anything you name it. I talked to my doctor and he just gave me advil and that didn't help I need some advice on how to get rid of them and what could they be.

Ok, this will sound really stupid. I feel as though I'm the last person on earth to have gotten one (actually, I haven't gotten one yet, but I will be!)
