Fondue
It's a food which requires participation. People gather 'round and share.....whether it be cheese, sauce, chocolate, etc. It is a melting pot full of lovin'. It is an endless bowl of flavor. It sits and waits...keeping warm and cozy. People visit it, take a rest then come back for more. It is the food that keeps on giving.

Lasagna.
It has lots of different layers like the various layers of my being. You have the base.....the meat sauce. It is the foundation of the entre just like the foundation of myself. The substance....the protein.......the stregth......the values. It stays true no matter what. It will not alter and change. It will just allow the other ingredients to mold around it. Next you have the Noodles that can be soft and flimsy at times.....but find a way to firm up when the need arises. Oh sure, there are cheesey moments. But everyone needs a sense of humor to keep life light and full of fun. The sauce, of course, shows the spice of life. Each taste as delightfully different as the last. Surprises around every corner! And to top it off.......the Parmesian! The aroma of the lasagna attracting people to come and take a look.........perhaps try a taste. While others tuck in their napkins and decide to stay for the duration of the meal. :)

Fruit salad is most like me. It's sweet but not too sweet. It has sour qualities that can be calmed by a little sugar,and colors that are pleasing to the eye. It is all mixed up at times, but can stand alone as a meal. Kids love it. It's diverse and accepts all colors and flavors of fruits to join in the fun. Also it is unpretentious and is accepted in all cultures as good eats. It has qualities that build strong bodies. Keep it cool, care for it and it will last. Yes, this is most like me.
