You need to get off the drugs and switch off your TV, or get a new job.
How long have you felt like this?
Get your adrenal glands checked. If you have a tumour on them it can cause your adrenal glands to constantly pump adrenaline, the stuff that gives your the "fight, flight, fright" reflex. You're constantly stuck in "fight" mode.
If you're not on drugs, not watching too much violence on TV, and don't have a tumour on your adrenal glands, then get yourself into extreme sports. Try base-jumping or something.

I know sometimes people can be very annoying, but that's where you have to take control of your mental state of mind. No one has the right to inflict physical pain unless your life is in danger. Besides, when people make you angry to the point of wanting to hurt them, they have a lot of power over you. Take that power back and don't get caught up. For the most part, the person pissing you off has done it and moved on while you are still pissed and plotting revenge. You will end up behind bars in a cage, whereas they may be in the hospital recovering, but they are on the outside. Remember in the long run, it's not worth it.

Yes, it's wrong, even if the other person's at fault for getting on your nerves, bothering you, or even hitting you in the first place. If you ever hit someone, you could be charged with battery and have to stand in front of a judge. You should never touch anyone because you can get sued or be arrested for battery.

It is wrong if you act on those desires. What is does say is that you are probably in deep emotional/psychological distress. My guess is that you are already overloaded with negative junk in your life and that you need space to breathe. I would encourage you to reach out and get some (trained) help to find ways to cope before thoughts become actions.

Nah, it's not wrong. Even Jesus got pissed at the people he preached to. Just don't act on your feelings. Try not to at least.

it's kinda of understandable that sometimes you want to hurt people... especially if they just keep at it and push your buttons. but you gotta convince yourself being violent isn't the answer. it's absolutely not acceptable to hurt someone (unless they're already smackin you and you're trying to protect yourself).
you gotta resist it... its harder not to give in, everybody knows it... the strongest are the non-violent.
