It seems like every time a democrat opens their mouth they spew out a bunch of false statements and propaganda. Where do they get these crazy ideas? Have the communists infiltrated their ranks?

My girlfriend's brother really don't like me. He kinda knows me, and what he knows ain't that good. Like, he knows that I have sexual experience (3rd), he knows I never study for school, and occasionally drink/smoke.

We don't really talk, but recently got into a huge fight. I called her at 11:30 on friday... and she was sleeping. He was, I guess, spying on her, and IM'd me about it. He said "Stop wasting my sister's time, let her sleep." And we got into a fight about how he thinks "I'm a ****ing loser because I don't really love her and nothing is gonna happen."

Basically, my gf is kinda a "good girl." She's never kissed, or even had a boyfriend. She studies a lot, and never drinks or smokes. Then, we also live kinda far apart... like 40 minutes. However, my mom works right by her house and could bring me before work.

So, he's on my case about this, and won't approve of the relationship. My gf told him to "shut the **** up and mind his own business," but he just won't. Any ideas?

I have been selling real estate for fifteen years and do a lot of REO listings. I have one today that I accepted. The people that lost it are going thru divorce and the man is only staying there one or two days a week. Most of their stuff was already moved out. I was told to rekey the property, to disconnect their utilities if they were still on and put them back on in company name.
My question is- Do I need to track down these people and see if they are coming to get the rest of their things or should I hire someone to come in and haul it away. The furnishings and stuff inside is all junk, but there is Riding Lawn Mower and a semi Truck and tow truck in the yard. Does anyone know what the law says about personal property left at the home that was lost. I would love for them to come get the vehichles out of the yard and the lawn mower. On the other hand I do not want to let them back into the house to gather the rest of the junk because I am afraid they will damage it even more. Could I get in trouble somehow by having the interior cleaned up and trash hauled away or would that be like stealing property?
I searched the board and couldnt find anything on this. I have not had an REO in the past where they were still kind of living in the house. The only other ones I have gotten, they had left most of their stuff there when they moved and I hired someone to come and clean up and haul off.
I would appreciate any thoughts on this. I live in Louisiana and tried to look it up under state laws. The only thing I got out of that was if they had left their belongings because of war, death in family, or they were in hospital.
Thanks,
Athena

Ok so my friend's husband has abused her cat a few times, and is now "scaring the cat for kicks". He has never shown any other signs of abuse toward people, kids, or even other animals for that matter. In fact he has a dog that he adores.

My friend loves her cat more than most people love their animals, ie... she's always talking about the cat, the cat comes first before things most people wouldn't put before animals. Although she has never put the cat before her husband.

Should she be scared? I always read that people who harm animals have deep psychological problems. Should she separate from him - he keeps saying he'll stop, but he continues to do it, than will lie to her about it. She finds out bc of her cat's behavior - acting finicky and scared.

Also any ideas why he has this sort of behavior. He had a healthy home life growing up. Maybe he's just jealous of the cat?

What are your thoughts?
