how can i curl my hair using curling tongs or curlers without it looking a birds nest?! i just havent got the nac to it!

i want loose, sexy, wavey curls in my hair... sort of like jessica simpson style.... i have medium, sholder length hair..... please help and please dont suggest perming!! i only want this as a temp style!

I can remember feeling fluttery in my chest on two occassions in my adolescence and my breath would kind of catch and my mom told me it was probably just from drinking too much caffeine. I'm now in my twenties and I get it more frequently sometimes out of no where, sometimes after I exercise and I really don't drink much soda and no coffee, I don't smoke, but my husband does. Went to the doctor and he heard it but when he made me wear a heart monitor thing for 24hrs it didn't do it. He said he could put me on meds but why not try a cardiologist, but I didn't have the $$. Should I be worried? How irregular should heart beat before you see a cardiologist because I know it happens to other people and they're fine. I can go a week without it happening, then it might do it two days out of the week, for about 15-20 seconds each time.

Ladies, I would like to hear your preferences on bra's if you are heavy chested. I am 38 DD and finding a good fit is really hard. I 've tired platex and they are my favorite so far, but really looking for something better and more comfortable. Wide shoulder bands with the gel in them sounds great, and I'm hoping someone will offer me a link or a brand that doesn't cost an arm and a leg? Thanks!

I work in a hotel....the people that own it are from India...great group of people....I really like my boss...Shantu....his wife on the other hand....Damu is kind of hard to handle sometimes...I have been doing this line of work for 10 yrs now & know what I am doing.....but it never fails....EVERYTIME I work she comes into the Lobby & tries to tell me how to do my job in front of the guests...then she rants about how Americans are lazy & dont want to work for her money....she gets me so flustered sometimes...I am not the only one she does this too...it is everyone...she has nothing to do with the Front Desk, but she sets up the Breakfast every morning & she is Head of Housekeeping...she comes in every morning at 5a & starts demanding to know why this & why that....why did this guest get put in this room...if I say I didnt check him in...she says it is my duty to know these things...I am Front Desk...we have gone to the GM who is her Husband & asked him to talk to her...it did no good..

I am suppost to move in with my guy in two weeks and he has just told his sons. They clearly do not accept me moveing in reason is his 11 year old ruined a poem i wrote for him. And instead of talking it out with him he yelled at him telling him he is going to accept he has every right to be happy. Well i sat and just listened on the phone and told him he should not of yelled at his son. And that maybe moveing in was not a good idea. I am a single mom and my two girls are very stable and his sons clearly show signs they are not. And my guy was up and down saying he was going to write off his kids because clearly they do not want him to be happy and i said you cannot do that. And then he said he was getting rid of the dog. And said i was trying to run away from him by saying maybe it was best i did not move in with him because i feel it is way to up and down for myself and my 8 10 year old girls.
