More than 3 in my opinion:

Characters all in their 20s or early 30s, except for the cops usually

Overly curious people [I wonder what's in that abandoned house?]

Bad guys are often rednecks, hillbillies, or live in the Mid-West

Survivors, if any, always have sex after the traumatic events they've just been through (usually involves a virgin girl who's never found the right guy)

Black guy, usually killed if not first then about mid-way through the movie

Stoner/nerd, almost always a stoner or a nerdy type character. They always die. Nerd usually does after winning the heart of a beautiful girl and/or sacrificing himself for her.

I could probably go on, but I can't think of anymore.

Some of the scary movies have that. I still like the part in Scary Movie where they are discussing what makes a scary movie and what the rules were to making a scary movie.

you in all hazard do watch too many 'frightening video clips' yet this dream is particularly lots extra straightforward to interpret. you at the instant are beginning up a 'new point of existence' (regardless of that could be) and are particularly frightened of the 'maze' you will would desire to stroll with the aid of and what you will discover on the top of the maze. That 'creepy guy' isn't a 'genuine individual' yet basically the personification of all of those issues that are 'creepy' with the aid of fact which you haven't any longer have been given any genuine clue what's going to take place to you on the 'end of the maze' ... the top of your existence. in case you may take this in, the dream heavily isn't almost as 'creepy' and you will desire to be waiting to start thinking extra of course once you're wide awake approximately the place you're 'going' which comprise your existence, and the dream won't take place almost as commonly as you mature ... it is existence, in spite of each thing.

Oh, let's not forget about the group of people splitting up to go look for everyone else. And the one guy that lives, because he happens to dodge the right way at the perfect time.

Hmm...in the movie I recently watched, "The Omen," was a scary movie...and did NOT have sex in them. Maybe the third thing should be: unexpected things to pop out.

Tired cliches. And don't forget that while the people are having sex, they are carved up like a Thanksgiving Turkey.

The thing that annoys me is when a character hears or see something strange, they go check it out........if that was me, I am out of there. And I am tired of situation where it is all quiet, then something comes out, like a cat, and it is very loud, making people jump.
