Yes. I wouldn't go there anyways in July or August while we're getting beautiful weather here in Calgary.
But, I'd especially avoid September & October...When the Strength & Number of Tropical Storms generally increase.

I'm sure you'll be fine, some people think that a hurricane hits every tropical location every year. That's just not the case. This area does get hurricanes but again, look at what that means, varying levels of danger for two days every 2-5 years. And, if one does come while you are there you will always have a way out, either through your vacation carrier on a flight home, inland to fine cities like Merida or south. Don't worry, the odds are with you.
My wife and I have been to that area many times without a problem, one thing though it's not always cheaper in the summer, some resorts are still very busy with honeymooners and travelers, especialy from Europe in August.

the main needed techniques that the folk can wrestle worldwide warming is getting rid of their older variety automobiles (1979 Buick) because of the fact, older automobiles emmitt extra poisonous fumes into the air. Its obvious that the extra technological progressed a automobile is, the fewer risky gases it emmitts. A automobile that grew to become into outfitted 3 or 4 years in the past would be extra financial gadget friendly than a automobile that grew to become into assembled 35 years in the past. for top populated cities which contain ny, Bus and Taxi companys would desire to replace present day automobiles with automobiles that are powered by using hydrogen or electrical energy. purely think of, if each important city used the Toyota Prius as taxi's, there could be a decreased point of pollutants, and additionally taxi fares would desire to be extensively decrease besides.

Its cheaper, and less crowded. Your odds are probably over 100 to be hit with a hurricane so give it a shot, and worst case you ll have one hell of a story to tell. All the major hotels are hurricane proof anyways.

Besides it being warm and humid .... all the hotels and restaurants are open. You might want to get trip insurance incase you have to cancel or leave early.
