Ihave twenty years in supervison in the auto industry with a very good record. i worked with my injury since age16 until i HAD to have a operation to stop uncontroled seisures in my upper back and neck. it has now been 3 years .i cant lift much but i have worked with young supervisors to teach them the ropes to work with people create teams how to be a good team player . i dont want to give up how ever this is getting old.

I met this boy about 6 months ago and he was dating someone at the time so I stayed away. But, I was instantly attracted to him. His ex girlfriend cheated on him and now she's out of the picture. We've since gone out for coffee a couple times 'as friends' and he's generally been pretty kind and consistent that we hang out more often. Well, in getting to know him, not only am I just attracted to him, but he's just, exactly the kind of person I want to be with. However.. In about 50 days I will be leaving to study abroad in Europe. Do I tell him? Do I wait a year untill I get back? What?

My best friend has always wanted to get married in Vegas - she's got family there and she's been to the city many many times. I've never been, and since I'm her maid of honor, I'm responsible for some kind of "last night out" festivities. There will probably only be 4 of 5 of us girls, but I don't know what to do! STRIPPERS ARE OUT! Her fiance is doing something with his boys that night, and they agreed, no strippers. She's not big into shows or anything and her theory is that Vegas is for drinking and gambling, but I don't want that night to be really lame! Anyone have any ideas?

My bf and I are in our 40's. He's divorced over 10 years-ago and I get on really well with the ex-wife and kids. His last gf was a friend for 15 years and they dated for 4 years on and off until they split and then we met. She has mental health problems and keeps involving him in her dramas. I feel las does my my bf, very sorry for her and want to help her out but we also want it to stop. He can handle it better than me cos he knows her and doesn't want to be with her. i'm scared as we've only been 10 months together and she's broken up other relationships he's had. how do I switch it off in my head and let him handle her psycho-drama?

someone who has or is doing it and something i can duplicate and make some money. i dont want to have to reinvent the wheel or be super creative. i am so tired of the rat race and want to get ahead in life with out the day to day grind of a job with a giant corporation. i want to make my own money for a change. i would even be willing to start a cheap franchise or dealership. any advice please.im desperate, im not gonna live forever and feel like i havent lived yet, just worked the first half of my life away for someone else

Let's just pretend boxing finally gets it together and has ONE Association/ Federation/ League i.e MLB, NFL, NBA, etc. and you are chosen as the comissioner. What changes would you make to the sport? Here are my first two items:
1. No more entourages accompanying or entering the ring with fighters. In case they didn't get the memo, no matter how loudly you talk on your cell phone during the postfight interview in the ring, you just don't matter.
2. Restructure the PPV mess. Look PBF, Jermaine Taylor, all current heavyweights, NONE OF YOU has PPV appeal (not if we want boxing to go back into the mainstream). A card that features a "main event" which has been preceeded by several events pitting the John Smiths V. John Doughs just won'tcut it. Look at the UFC PPV (an event which is leaving boxing behind). Generally any of their matches could be staged as the Main Event. Boxing PPV events need to be handled in the same way.
None of this will happen, and I'm sure boxing doesn't care!!!

i wonder how do those screenplay writers come up a number of slangs in movies. U must admit that some of them, may be all of them are very good at spoken english, because its their native language. but how can they find the right literature because Hollywood itself releases more than a 1000 movies a year?
