Friend A rented a car and he was the primary renter. Friend B (me) and Friend C was added as additional drivers. We had complete coverage insurance for the rental car. Friend C was driving through BayBridge, SanFrancisco. In the toll gate where we are supposed to pay the toll Friend C who was driving accidently got in to fast trak lane and it was too late for him to get out. We had to pass through the fast trak booth without paying. I am sure we will get a ticket. But in whose name will the ticket be? Would it come to Friend A, Friend B and Friend C? Or only the primary renter Friend A?

Hello. I will be moving to Vallejo, California soon. I am curious about the crime rate, and would like to know more about the neighborhood? Is there anything I should worry about this town? Is it expensive compared to San Francisco?

We're moving to the Bay area in a year and will be starting a family shortly thereafter. So while I know that no one place is likely to have all of these characteristics, I would like to move to an area that has as many of these characteristics as possible:

1. Rental housing with at least 3 bedrooms and rents no higher than, let's say, $3500 per month. (We'll never in our lifetime be able to buy a house out there).
2. A safe neighborhood with safe parks nearby for kids to play in.
2. Good public schools with active parents.
3. I want an area that is neither too wealthy and stuck up, nor too low-class. We both have college degrees and value education very highly, and want to be around like-minded people. At the same time, we both prefer to stay away from the country club, keeping-up-with-the-Joneses mentality.

It doesn't matter what part of the Bay area it is - we just want to know as much as possible about as many different areas as possible. Thanks!

What are the chances I could find free parking within a half-mile or so of the ballpark? And if that's not gonna happen, how much will I have to pay to park in a lot or ramp?

I like to get to the park 2-3 hours before the actual game... would that make it any easier to find a spot?

Thanks!
