Will we have a problem getting in or will we have to wait in long lines. My friend who is a Vegas junkie told me that since we're a group of girls we wont have to wait and we should be able to get to the front. Should we purchase a VIP package? And also, anyone know how much we should expect to spend going to these clubs?

Please specify why. I have already seen O, but my hubby hasn't and we are going to be there in May so we are trying to decide on which shows to buy tickets for.

I am a huge fan of Cirque du Soleil, but I am bit squimish about Zumanity, I am trying to decide if my hubby and I should see it or not. Any info on why you liked it or hated it would be great.

Can anyone recommend a good list of the major hotels in Las Vegas?

My top choices are the Belliago, Ceasar's, the Wynn and Mandalay Bay. How about Red Rock? We have already stayed at the MGM, three times, so now I need to know where else is hot. And maybe who has the best pool and shopping. Tell me what you think.

We'll be in Vegas in June of 2008 for our family reunion. Seven kids ages 9 - 18. And fifteen adults.

We'd like a nice place to stay - but only want to pay a higher price if there are lots of extras for your $$$$.

Was thinking of Mandalay Bay - because the pools would provide free entertainment for the kids. But - Mandalay Bay doesn't seem very kid oriented. Not real interested in Circus Circus - because that is soooooooo oriented to the kids.

Any input you have - even about large houses for rent - would be great. Also - anything we could do there - other than gamble. Especially inexpesive things.

My girlfriend and I are going to Vegas for St. Patrick's Day weekend and we aren't sure which bars or clubs we should hit up. We are 22 and pretty, but I really don't want to go somewhere TOO snobby and VIP like the Palms. I'd like to pay 0-20$ for cover. We were thinking RA (luxor), TAO (venetian), Tryst or Lure (wynn), Pure (caesars) or VooDoo Lounge (rio). Does anyone have any recommendations or reviews of those spots? How early should we arrive to avoid a super long line? Thanks.

So i live in Las Vegas, and next week i'm having a friend fly out to stay with me. i know she's expecting it to be a BLAST, and i really have no idea how to show her a good time. i know of a few things here & there we could do, like go to all the nice shopping malls, restaurants, & things like the gondala ride @ venetian & some clubs. & we have tickets to a couple shows. but ultimately, i'm bad at planning things like this. does anyone have some ideas that would make this fun for both of us???
*is it better to PLAN the trip, or just have suggestions and see if she wants to do them?!!

I am going to Vegas next New Years and I was wondering how much a cab is from the Strip to Gold Coast (the hotel I'm planning on staying at).

I know there's a shuttle between the Rio (next door to Gold Coast) and Harrah's, but I also know the shuttles are often crowded and I may be travelling otuside of the shuttle's hours of operation. I'm pretty sure it's about a 2 mile drive.

Also, has the Gold Coast been renovated recently? Anyone been there? I was in Vegas in the summer, but never made it there.

Thanks!
