Why is it if I go to my Local Authority's Housing Department and tell them that I am sharing a 1 bedroom apartment with my 8 year old daughter and 12 year old son, I am given priotity for re housing!!

Yet I go to a travel agent to book a holiday and they charge me extra for under occupancy?

Lets be honest, we work hard all year round and pay thousands of pounds for a one or two weeks holidays, for a typical family of 4 to share cramped conditions in a one bedroomed apartment!

I'm planning on a trip to Europe this spring and I'm definitely going to Paris and Rome, but I can't decide if I should go to London or Amsterdam. If anyone has been to both, which place is more fun to visit?

I was told there are absolutely no soda/vending machines on these cruise ships. For those who have been on such cruises before, is this information correct? (I don't own credit cards and therefore cannot "register" one up front like most people do in order to make purchases on the ship....)

I want to go somewhere that has amazing and FUN nightlife. I want to dance and have a great time. BUT.... I also want to be on a beach somewhere that offers snorkeling or scuba diving. I would prefer all inclusive, but I want to keep my cost for EVERYTHING under 3000 USD. I dont want to go to Las Vegas, Cancun, or play del carmen. If you have any ideas, let me know. Thanks, Angel Eve

I am going to Paris next week and staying at the Hotel Royal Opera, to book my reservation I had to use my mums Visa cos I don't own one. The hotel asks for the full payment to be made at the end of our stay, would they accept cash or would I have to use the Visa that I made to confirm my reservation?

If you have 4 thousand dollars to spend on a summer vacation, where would you go. Personaly, I thought about Pamplona, Spain for their festival and running with the bulls, but I am sure everyone has many great ideas to share.
