I got a passport when i was 7 or 8 and i am now 16. I don't have it to look at it but i know its somewhere. Do i need a new one or does it last 10 years? Please answer quickly

We're starting from north Jersey to around Kansas City, is our destination, but we'll probably explore its neighboring states as well. I calculated on this site that the gas would cost about 400$ for there and back. But how much would it cost for food and everything? We're planning on car camping or something and not using many diners or fast food places- just occasionally. Plus we're most likely going to shop. We might have 2 more people with us so splitting the cost would be good, but how much would the total cost be for everything?? If you could help me out that would be great.

I wouldnt want to call any other State home but Texas.It is the state I have grown up in.The people are friendly,the food is the best,and it is beautifull...The name Texas comes from the word tejas meaning friends.And,its the Lone Star State..come on!!Who else loves Texas?...Hook Em'

i'm intrested in doing a bit of traveling in south america ( argentina in particular) but i only really know what is shown about the region to tv travel programs which tend to paint a rosy picture. where can i find the truth about what these countrys are like to travel in, ie safety , social problems and the likes. could anyone help?
is there a website where i can read up on this region and other world regions as well?

Im off to St Lucia at the end of march. I have a 11.5 month old baby who will be 1yr & 1 month when were there. The problem i have is that they have no laws for car seats. He can go on our laps and its ok! I dont want to do that. How would i get a car seat on the plane? Dont think i can buy one out there! Desperatly need one! Help!!!!!
