Cairns, but that would be too hot. Plus it's a dump.

If you're in UK, you'll need to go a long way south to find hot weather in February/March. Eilat in Israel is a 365 days a year holiday resort. Never been there myself, but am assured the heat is up all year round. Sun, sea, sand, the lot.
The next slot down is Egypt - if you want the pyramids, March is the best time and is traditionally the 'season' for doing Egypt. Temps can get up high but not so high as June/July when its blazing hot.

Buenos Aires is an amazing town; it's an astonishing area that looks a bit like Europe, but by having an edgy Latin American perspective and if you intend to visit this city then take a peek with hotelbye . El Puerto Madero is just a place well visited. It offered as the key slot of Buenos Aires through the late 19th century but know is converted into structures that might be used as residences, restaurants, shops and other companies and to give this project a bit of flair, all roads in the section were called after women. Strolling through the Puerto Madero is a great way to invest a pleasing morning the same as visiting El Obelisco. El Obelisco was built-in 1936 to honor the 400th anniversary of the city founding and now's a must-see place from Buenos Aires.

Loads of places to choose from! Goa or Kerala in India. Thailand or Vietnam would be my choice in SE Asia. Australia would be fantastic weather too. Brazil is wonderful at the moment. Or try Costa Rica! You can find all the types of weather (and the choice of either the Pacific or Atlantic oceans) at any time of year! Plus the wildlife is amazing!

Anywhere south of the equator since it's summer there: South America, Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Polynesia, etc.
North of the Mediterranean (Greece, Turkey, Italy, Spain) isn't necessarily as hot that time of the year as they look on postcards. Those countries are better in the spring and summer, and even better in September.
