We dont want a huge typical fancy wedding here on Long Island, cant really afford it anyway, were thinking about Mexico, or somewhere nice, not sure where to look, any suggestions out there for us?

If I´m crossing the border into Mexico, can I just walk across with a dog and a few frogs and toads in an aquarium? What are the fees?

I am about to go on a 5 day vacation to Rosarito, Mexico. Do I need my passport? Is a California driver's license all I need? Are there buses at the border that will take me to Rosarito since I don't want to drive my car down there? I will have a ride back. Thanks for any answers to my questions.

hi there i got an old 1989 $2000 peso note, i dont know if there still in circulation but i checked the value for 2000 pesos into dollars and it was 183, i could really use that money, can anyone tell me if u can exchange it or use it in mexico? lol

Dream Vacation and Apple will not honor our vaction to Cancun, Mexico even thoe we've provided our papers with our comformation # and all passangers going. They won't even let us talk to a superviser, manager or give us #'s to contact someone other then their own travel agents that keep trying to get us to pay $1800.00 more. I have spent hours & 2 days trying to get someone to hear our story but I'm having no luck. Also come to find out they even cancelled our trip before I even talked to Apple Vaction's about this matter and told me they did not need our permission. I do appreciate everyones comments. I was in mexico and the cops harrassed me.. surprise surprise.. first I was detained for being on an illegal street.. I demanded the consulate and they "let me go".. then a half hour later I was talking to some hooker on the side of street (you walk by and they grab at you).. So I leave and get half way down the street when some mexican cop slams me and a friend against the wall. he convieniently pulls the hookers wallet out of my pocket.. with like 5 dollars in it.. then handcuffs me and a friend and drags us throught the streets to jail.. The cop is banging his baton on the walls ect.. to intimidate us.. they steal 40 out of my friends wallet and 60 out of mine. then tell me the hooker has 100 and 2500 pesons stolen (even though I had no pesos on me) Then it becomes 200 then 1000 dollars. (because I had things to do stateside) I eventually had to hand the cop a bribe through the jail cell of $60 (he said .. it was for the hooker to make her whole) wait for more...

I want to attend a friend's wedding in Cancun next month. I'm a filipino citizenship residing in Los Angeles. I lost my philippine passport and only have my greencard at the moment. With the current law, a passport is now required to fly from US to Mexico/Canada. Can I walk across the border in Tijuana and fly out of Tijuana airport to Cancun without any problem? I heard that's still ok but only until the end of this year. After that, there'll be a new law requiring a valid passport to cross the Tijuana border by foot....

I want to plan a trip to cozumel, chichen itza, and cancun, Mexico. I want to go during the down time cause I'm planning to see mayan ruins and temples and know it can get pretty packed, then I want to spend the rest of the vacation near cancun just relaxing near the beach. I want to know when the best time of year to go is. I want it to be not as crouded but nice weather, definitely not during hurricane season. Thanks.

I would like something that has a mix of people my age. Somewhere that is a nice all inclusive resort, near a good beach.
What kind of prices would it be and which resorts are the best?
What kinds of activities and nightlife is there? I don't want to sit around all day.
