Dream Vacation and Apple will not honor our vaction to Cancun, Mexico even thoe we've provided our papers with our comformation # and all passangers going. They won't even let us talk to a superviser, manager or give us #'s to contact someone other then their own travel agents that keep trying to get us to pay $1800.00 more. I have spent hours & 2 days trying to get someone to hear our story but I'm having no luck. Also come to find out they even cancelled our trip before I even talked to Apple Vaction's about this matter and told me they did not need our permission. I do appreciate everyones comments. Thank You!!

talk to your states attorney and see if any complaints have been made agaist this company...then get a lawyer.

Hi,
I've been in a similar situation. I hope you paid some or all of it with a credit card. If you did call your credit card company and tell them to cancel all the charges. When ask why, tell them you did not receive the services you paid for with the credit card. When you stop payment like that you get a great deal of attention.

Contact your travel agent who booked it. They should be able to straighten things out.

Be happy that you got your money back. Go to Hawaii and keep the money in the US
