I'm going to Reynosa, Mexico in March for a mission trip. Does anyone know anything about Reynosa or even Northern Mexico?? Please I need advice on what to do and how to prepare. And how safe is Reynosa or Northern Mexico

It is not safe. Theft is a major problem. Don't drink the water and watch your posessions. Theft is the major issue and a white face is a target. Have fun just be careful.

Keep looking into this. I have heard people from Mexico say it is not so bad, but everyday there are incidents being reported on tv. I know some areas are more safe than others. If you do go, stay with your group and dont wander off the walking paths that you are on with your people.

I've never been there, but my cousin lives about 15min away. She has told me that it once was the place to party. She says that it's not very safe there anymore. Many people have stopped going there. That's were a performer was gunned down and killed only because of a song he sang.

the only thing your going to need to take is yuor passport if you have one and identification and thats it if you go pray first thats all im gonna tell you just pray when go and when you get there you never know what could happen there .
