That's called minor in possession of alcohol. And if you're lucky, like I was, it'll just get you 40 hours community service.

You can't transport alcohol anyways in the United States unless your 21 or someone in the car is over 21.

As long as you are on mexicans grounds, you will be fine but once you cross the border, they might arrest for an MIP. So no, you shouldn't do it!

you can drink in tiujuana under 21 but you cant come into the us with bottles its still illegal wether or not you bring them from mexico
