Are there restrictions on how much money you can take out, or anything with property or taxes? Education and health care; are they worse or better or the same? Do people still feel free? I am going to Puerto viejo Limon for 3 days, then going over to Manuel Antonio... I know that I need to pack light since we are travelling by bus. I plan to just take a duffle bag with clothes for the week and bug spray, umbrella, sun block and just general toilettries.. Do you guys have any suggestions on other stuff I may need? Thanks!
