okay: i have a friend who went to a university out of state but will not tell me where. he said it is though 2-3 hours behind our time(central time zone) and that there are penguins, snow, ice and polar bears. any ideas?i want to visit my friend but not wait until christmas.help anyone?what US state could it be or what other region could he be in?

some body tell me that a CRUISE started from SEPTEMBER 06 BETWEEN DUBAI port & KARACHI port every week basis. the time spent 2 days for one side.

I am 28 and my fiancee is 24 and we are plannng a 7 night cruise to the Caribbean in January. we want this to be really relaxing and not super overpacked with annoying kids. we are not huge party animals either and looking for a ship with more people our age or older and mature. can anyone help?

Also - this is our first cruise. What should we do / plan to make sure that we have the best time possible? What excursions should we take and which should we stay away from? What shows, restaurants, etc. are good / bad? What should we do at the various ports that are not part of excursions?

My husband and I are going on our first cruise. The ship leaves from Galveston, but we fly into Houston. How can we get to Galveston from Houston? Is there a shuttle? Bus? Taxi service? Any ideas would help.
