These are called Trans-Atlantic sailings. Most cruise lines do these because they have to move their ships from one country to another. I would suggest requesting brochures from some of the major lines (Carinval, Princess, HAL) on Trans-Atlantic. If there is not an option for Trans-Atlantic then get Europe. They will be in there.
